The Gauntlet Basketball Training Facility


1. Pro Membership:

   - Train once a week at The Gauntlet

   - Participate in Vertimax Training

2. All-Star Membership:

   - Train twice a week at The Gauntlet

   - Participate in Vertimax Training twice a week

   - Receive one 45-minute session on the Shooting Machine per month

3. Gold Membership:

   - Train three times a week at The Gauntlet

   - Participate in Vertimax Training three times a week

- Receive one 45-minute session on the Shooting Machine per month

- Receive one 45-minute Individual training session per month

What is Vertimax Training?

Vertimax Training at The Gauntlet focuses on speed, strength, and vertical training using resistance bands. For our foundation group, the emphasis is on building a solid base necessary for future athletes by focusing on correct form and introducing plyometrics.

All Memberships Include:

- Access to Open Gym on Thursdays starting at 5:30 pm with the foundation group

Sibling Discounts:

Discounts are available for multi-athlete families.
